This photo was taken at Christmas 2007 with the ol' David Ziser Aperture trick. I took his method a bit farther by actually taping the heart shaped hole to a UV filter that screwed onto my 50mm lens. Here's a link to the how to of the trick.
It's a pretty easy to pull off and it has a fantastic effect for your clients.
