2015 DAAP Fashion Show

 Last week I got to photograph the behind the scenes for this year's DAAP fashion show!

 There's a lot of crazy stuff going on on the other side of the runway and I was there for it all!

 At times there was some pretty intense lighting issues do deal with.

And in one room there are about 100 ladies preparing hair!

 

 And then more makeup with Jason Ervin!

 After final touches it was time to get dressed...

 Just seconds before the big finale of the show!

 And then these beautiful designs by Kat Bishop made their way on the runway

 

And the queen, Laura brought down the house.

Martina

 A week ago a special photoshoot came together!

 I met Martina months ago at a rock show by the Dimestore Diplomats.

When she saw some of my more creative work she knew we should work together!

 For the shoot Martina made her amazing pieces.

 We wanted to capture a unique feel.

We were also out with Cincinnati Photographers John Borntrager and Dawn P. Check out John's shots here!

 And for assistants Kat and Tiffany S.

We headed to some interesting places and got the best lighting to show off Martina's style. 

 This was in the Omni in downtown Cincinnati.

Some Photo Fun with Holly and Emily!

Last weekend I decided to get the creative juices flowing!

 Luckily two of my favorite people in the world were available for some shots!

Above is the lovely Holly! 

 And this beautiful lady is Emily!

We had a fine time testing out some new ideas I had.
