Art Purge!

 This week I bring you a folder of neglected art images taken on various shoots!

 I used to take a lot more images of just random things...

 And since that's only once and a while...

 

 It's good to post a few to remember that creativity comes from experimentation!

So take lots of images!

Of whatever is around you!

 Because you'll never know

When something magical or amazing might pop up

 Or something cool will catch your eye

 Like an out house.

Or a pattern in the sun...

 Last weekend we got to go out and create some perfect images for Mitch and his family!

Adventure Photos!

 So for the first time in years I go to go out on an adventure!

 Really living up the proverb 'the journey is the destination' when the original objective (a covered bridge) fell through to renovation...

"Photograph whatever is cool" became the name of the game. 

 It was nice to photograph and then process something that wasn't people.

(but I DID have a great time reviewing Sabina's wedding also)

2013 Kelby World Wide Photowalk - Cincinnati

 This year once again I got the pleasure of leading a Scott Kelby World Wide Photowalk for 2013!!

This is my amazing group! Special thanks to Michaels' McIntire and Zero for coming out for the event! 

 The ominous clouds of rain continuously threatened our walk this year so I decided to play it safe and reserve time at Krohn Conservatory. That way if it didn't rain we could walk outside, but if it was pouring all day the botanical gardens would be a safe interesting dry place!

 So when Saturday October 5th came and there was no rain we began our journey at the fabulous conservatory and ended up at Eden Park's Overlook for a spectacular finish!

My theme this year was macro! 

I was pretty happy with the results ;) 

 This one is my favorite!

  

 Then we saw some ducks...

Once all the photos were over the gang headed to a local pub for grub and had quite the experience.  

It was a terrific event!
