070409 Dear Rain, Does it have to be EVERY 4th?

Every year I have been in Cincinnati since 2006 it has rained on the 4th of July. The only year it wasn't raining DURING the fireworks was last year. This year was no exception. :( This is the only photo I made on July 4th 2009. It was not raining at 11:30pm.
