Visiting from Flickr... attracted by that strange rounded wood-frame structure (nice shot of it by the way). The water shot is really nice too, and the mirror shot of your wife was a great find.

I like the "fake tilt-shift" idea too - I've tried this kind of thing with various ways of blurring the background, with differing degrees of success (mainly on car photos). Some discussion here:
