061708 My New Parking Spot

Some of you know that I moved into a new office recently. It came with this awesome VIP parking spot.

061408 Wedding in Piqua

I got to spend 20 hours with my floral family at the Greatest Event Designer in the World, Ford-Ellington Florist's latest wedding in Piqua Ohio. It was interesting to not be the photographer at one of these events. Here are some fun shots I took.

I left this large to be used as a background. This was a hole at the country club where the wedding was.

061308 Misc

Last week was my one year anniversary. Among other awesome gifts Terri bought me a ping-pong table. I also took the day off friday and we went to the Beach water park. This is one of Terri.

I left this one large to be used as a desktop background.

This is my mom playing drums.

060808 A Wonderful Portrait for a Wonderful Family

This weekend I also had the privilege of taking the family portrait of one of my best friends. They are a great bunch of people.

060808 I just can't be serious...

Unless I'm working.
Here is another of my favorite portraits my wonderful wife Terri took on our session a while ago. I did the post production. Here is what the photo looked like out of the camera.

This weekend I got the opportunity to help my father revamp the fish pond in his backyard. Here's an alternate take.

060808 Flowers!

This is where it all started! The weekly emails used to be called weekend flowers. you all probably know I worked for a brilliant florist some time ago and I have always loved flowers.

These were also taken with the ring flash.

All of these came from my friend Glenda's garden. I think they are beautiful.

This amazing flower came from my friends Danny and Tina. I stole it while waiting for them to get to their house. I got some other stuff too, but most of that has already gone on eBay.

053108 Misc.

Another wedding and family portrait this weekend! What fun. Here are some misc stuff from the week.

This image came from a shoot Terri and I did last weeek. Terri took it (obviously not I). Can you tell my shirt just came out of the package? Thanks Mom!!
This is me very much alive, click HERE to see me as an eleyess zombie!

This is one of my favorite shots from a family portrait I did last week.

052608 Always Wash your Fruit.

Funny story, Terri and I bought some golden raspberries from the store the other day. I was sitting in bed eathing them when Terri asked me if I had washed them. "Nope" I said. I usually don't wash produce and I couldn't think of a reason to wash these... until I looked down that is.

Now I am wondering what else I have eaten...

These were taken with Trevor Sears' lighting equipment. Thanks for the use Trevor!

053008 Cicadas!

I guess there was some sort of brood under our house, but Cicadas came out in full force last thurdsay and they were the most interesting thing around (in my opinion).

Of course I had to use HDR on a few.

053108 More HDR

I am still trying to get the Hang of this HDR thing. Here are a few more attempts.

Dayton Kentucky I believe.

All three of these are from the Farm.
