120608 NEW EFFECT!

I got a new effect this week! I have been waiting for it for a while.

Good ol' Kyle with the effect.

It is essentially a contrast filter, but it is pretty neat.

Also quite a detail enhancer.

112908 Brett and Sam (Great People I Know)

Great People I know: Brett and I go way back. Even before we roomed together in college I was friends with his older bro Jon. Brett has always been a gentleman and a great person.

A few years ago he met Sam, I don't remember how, but I was overjoyed. Sam is also an amazing person.

Brett and I used to play ping pong all the time in college,
I even wrote this heavy metal song in 7/4 about it.
The competition was serious!

Brett appears to be a career student at this time, i think he's an engineer or something... but he's younger than me and has been in school at least 3 more years.

Sam is a woman of many talents, not the least of which is baking "OMG" delicious sweets.

I love both you guys... even if you do live in California.

I finished Hanna's order this weekend. I really love this photo.

It was 95 degrees and had just rained when we took these photos. It was HOT!
It was so fun though!

These two "Great People I Know" are Marc and Mike.

and Turducken-masters.

Mike's speciality is being excited about eating things... I guess.

This is the legendary beast! 25 lb of pure flavor and zero bones!

Oh yes, it was good. My chest hurt for two days though.

It was a regular ol' Ziser assistant reunion there!

This is Rob! If there were an endurance prize for "last call" he won it!

We booked the Krohn Conservatory because, hey, it was a week before Thanksgiving!
It's COLD!

I have to say, Rob kicks butt. I was really impressed by his character.
